- Healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, education, military, government, workforce and extended stays.
- Condition & conversion
- Structurally sound assets with functional utilities, roof and HVAC. Validate zoning, fire/life safety, ADA, parking, kitchens and tenancy rules.
